We’re partnering with a global cybersecurity company expanding its onboarding team following a major product launch.

This is a highly customer-facing role suited to someone with a SOC, incident response, or cybersecurity operations background who also brings strong communication and client-facing skills.

💡 The Role

• Guide customers through structured SIEM/MDR onboarding journeys

• Lead onboarding sessions from kickoff through to go-live

• Support telemetry migrations and platform enablement

• Act as a trusted onboarding partner, helping customers understand platform functionality without over-engineering solutions

• Work closely with customers across EMEA, the US, and South Africa

✅ What They’re Looking For

• Previous SOC / cybersecurity operations experience

• Strong understanding of SIEM, MDR, alerts, and security principles

• Experience with Microsoft security environments (M365, Entra ID, Defender etc.)

• Customer-facing experience with strong soft skills

• Well-spoken, organised, and confident leading onboarding discussions

• Experience with platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, Rapid7, Huntress, Arctic Wolf, or similar is beneficial
