Your team:

Delivers data‑driven insights and reporting to support operational and strategic decisions, working closely with business stakeholders across different domains for the Italy markets.

Your role:

Delivers data analysis and insights to support Sisal Italy business.

What you’ll do:

• Join the Data Analytics & Business Insights team, focused on the Italy market.
• Assist in data extraction, data quality checks, and analysis using SQL, Python and Excel.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.
• Monitor performance and KPIs, providing clear reporting and actionable insight
• Actively involved in analyzing and interpreting business data to support decision-making processes. Through data analysis, you will support the identification of trends, uncover opportunities, and provide valuable insights to drive initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Experience or strong interest in data analytics, with knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with the use of BI tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud and Qlik is preferred.
• A STEM degree is preferred, but proven experience in this role will also be considered.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities complete the profile.
