Manager - Cybersecurity & ICT Risk Management

Your objectives and level of responsibility (client portfolio, project complexity, involvement in operations steering) will be adapted according to your experience and background:

• Manage our multi-disciplinary teams and our delivery activities on client projects.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery and strive for a high level of client satisfaction.
• Understand the client's digital ecosystem and identify key decision-makers.
• Develop a relationship of trust with decision-makers.
• Become a recognized and legitimate peer to these decision-makers, capable of advising and challenging them, with the support of our business and technical experts, on use case and ICT risk management, Cybersecurity and technological innovation opportunities.

Job purpose

• Lead and deliver complex client engagements covering cybersecurity strategy, ICT risk assessments, DORA and NIS2 implementation, IT audit, CSP/SWIFT assessments, ISO/IEC 27001 programs, and other ICT regulatory frameworks.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of assignments, from engagement planning to execution, team coordination, and client delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Produce and review high‑quality, client‑ready deliverables, including strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and executive‑level reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to strategic discussions and supporting decision‑making at both operational and senior management levels.
• Share expertise and actively mentor team members, contributing to skills development, methodological consistency, and overall service quality.
• Lead or contribute workgroups and communities at Forvis Mazars Group level, supporting knowledge sharing, innovation, and service offering development

Main competencies

• Proven very strong expertise of the following domains is required: DORA, Cybersecurity, ICT risk management, ISO27001, IT audit, management, business continuity.
• Knowledge of IT and security standard, frameworks and tools is a clear plus.
• Inquiring and analytical mindset. Rigorous with strong perseverance skills.
• Ability to anticipate risks and to take initiatives. Can handle unforeseen changes.
• Demonstrates capacities to convince his/her interlocutors, including in contexts of conflict and complex situations.
• Good organizational and time management skills. High level of autonomy.
• Open-minded and dynamic, ability to work within a multicultural team.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Administration, Information Systems Management Information Systems
• Min 5 years in tech advisory - Cybersecurity, IT audit, ICT risk management, IT compliance,
• Experience in consulting or audit, Luxembourg market, ICT regulations
• Professional certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 2700x, COBIT, NIST, ISF, etc.
• Understanding of ICT risk, Third Party Risk and operational risk management and controls.
