Be our NEXT Senior UX/UI Product Designer!

As a Senior UX/Product Designer, you will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams in an agile environment to deliver user-centered and business-oriented digital experiences. Your role will involve leading the design lifecycle from research to implementation, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and high-quality user experiences across multiple platforms and devices.

You will contribute to the evolution of the design system by improving or creating reusable components to guarantee consistency and alignment across digital products. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to continuously optimize solutions based on user feedback and insights.

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, or similar field;
• 3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating impactful user experience projects;
• Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies;
• Strong understanding of the full UX process: research, ideation, design, prototyping, validation, and implementation;
• Experience designing web-based applications/software is highly valued;
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, visual design, and low/high-fidelity prototyping;
• Proficiency with Figma or related design tools;
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies is a plus;
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent English communication skills; French is considered a strong advantage;
• Availability to be present in the office 2x/3x per week;
• Availability to travel occasionally to Geneva and Luxembourg if required.
