We are a leading digital platform for global trade financing, building the largest and most comprehensive trade finance network. At the same time, we are evolving how we build products by using AI-assisted engineering to move from idea to working functionality in days rather than weeks.

The Role

This role is for someone who knows trade finance from the inside. You have worked in operations, customer success, or a similar function at a major export company or one of the large banks, and you understand the real complexity of how trade finance works in practice.

Now you want to do something different with that knowledge. You want to shape products, not just use them. You don’t need a product management title on your CV. What matters is that you bring deep domain expertise, a structured way of thinking, and a genuine curiosity for how great products are built.

This is a Stockholm-based role where you will collaborate closely with customer success, sales, and customers, while working in a cross-functional team with engineers and designers. You will work in a tight trio with a designer and an architect to quickly shape, test, and refine solutions.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering high-impact product initiatives. You will:

• Shape product direction: Identify and frame high-impact opportunities, contributing to the product vision and roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and continuous learning,
• Turn problems into requirements: Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand problems worth solving and translate them into clear, well-defined requirements, scope, and success criteria,
• Drive focused product development: Collaborate in a tight trio with a designer and an architect to shape solutions, define the right first slice, and iterate quickly,
• Align cross-functional teams: Work with designers, engineers, customer success, and commercial teams to set priorities, ensure development is focused on real value, and that solutions land well with users in practice.
  
  

Validate and improve deliveries: Use feedback, usage data, and product analytics to ensure solutions solve real customer problems and continuously improve over time

Who You Are

You have hands-on experience from trade finance, whether from operations, customer success, implementation, or a similar role at a major bank or large export company. You understand the workflows, the terminology, and the pain points from the inside, and you are ready to take that knowledge into a product role.

We believe that you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in trade finance operations, customer success, implementation, or a similar role at a major bank or export company,
• Have a thorough understanding of trade finance workflows, terminology, and pain points from working with them hands-on,
• Are experienced working with trade finance applications and digital platforms as part of your daily work,
• Are skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear, structured solutions and communicating them to both technical and commercial stakeholders,
• Are motivated to grow into product management and take on increasing ownership over time.
  
  

Experience in formal product management is not required. What we are looking for is someone with the right foundation and the drive to grow.
