Contract Commercial Attorney – Remote | Flexible Hours

We are seeking experienced Contract Attorneys to join a modern, technology-driven legal platform supporting fast-growing companies with high-quality legal expertise on a project basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for commercial contracts attorneys seeking flexible, project-based legal work while maintaining control over their schedule and workload.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements
• Advise clients on contract terms, negotiations, and risk exposure
• Deliver high-quality legal work with quick turnaround times
• Handle technology-focused agreements including:
• SaaS agreements
• MSAs
• Vendor and supplier contracts
• NDAs and DPAs
• Commercial terms & conditions
• Security and data privacy addenda

Preferred Experience

• Commercial contract negotiations
• Technology and SaaS agreements
• GDPR/data privacy matters
• Corporate legal work
• AI and technology-related agreements
• Independent client advisory work

Required Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in applicable jurisdiction
• 5+ years of commercial contracts experience
• Background at a large law firm or as in-house counsel
• Strong contract drafting and redlining skills
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Professional liability/malpractice insurance required
