We are looking for a Gameplay Programmer to help bring the dark and immersive world of Blight: Survival to life. In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping the player’s experience across a variety of gameplay systems, from AI and audio to performance and overall game feel.

You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your ideas and technical skills will directly impact a co-op action horror experience focused on immersion, tension, and memorable moments.

In this role you will :

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for engaging gameplay features.
  • Work across gameplay systems that could include AI, audio, and player interactions.
  • Debug, test, and optimize performance at both low and high levels.
  • Evaluate the impact of your work and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to bring features to life.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

What we're looking for :

  • 3+ years of professional programming experience with a gameplay focus.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine (required).
  • Strong knowledge of C++.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys tackling gameplay challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
