Job Description

The Document Controller will manage and maintain all project documentation based at Oman_Misfah & Duqm, ensuring accurate tracking, version control, and timely distribution in line with project and company standards. The role supports efficient document flow across teams and stakeholders , ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and accurate record-keeping.
• Distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders and track transmittals.
• Prepare and update document registers, logs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and document control procedures.
• Support audits and maintain confidentiality of project information.
• Archive and manage project files for final handover.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in document control, preferably in power, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience in the GCC region is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
