We have an urgent requirement for Technical Manager – Infrastructure, PAM , Firewall & GRC is required for one of our banking clients in Oman

  • Strong experience in Implementation & administration of PAM solutions end to end is THE Must
  • Minimum 7+ years as designing firewall rule policies for a banking environment is the MUST
  • Strong experience in full GRC lifecycle is MUST
  • Strong Banking domain is MUST
  • Strong experience in implementing GRC tools the MUST
  • Strong experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) & Business Continuity (BCP) the MUST
  • Strong experience in Patch & Vulnerability Management the MUST

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with strong expertise in Firewall Management, Infrastructure, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The candidate should have hands-on experience across all elements of GRC, including tools implementation and regulatory compliance, preferably within the banking domain. Experience with ServiceNow will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain enterprise Firewall infrastructure and security controls.
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure operations ensuring security, availability, and compliance.
  • Lead implementation and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end GRC framework implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Work across all elements of GRC, including:
  • Risk Assessments
  • Control Testing & Monitoring
  • Policy & Governance Management
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Audit Management & Remediation
  • Implement and manage GRC tools and automation platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare dashboards, risk reports, and executive presentations.
  • Lead remediation planning and risk mitigation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Firewall technologies and network security.
  • Solid background in IT Infrastructure management.
  • Proven experience in PAM solutions implementation and administration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.
  • Experience working with GRC tools and control automation platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
