We are building a next-generation Agentic Software Delivery platform, where autonomous systems execute engineering tasks and humans focus on architecture, decision-making, and system design.

This is a greenfield initiative aimed at redefining how software is built, tested, and delivered inside large-scale engineering organizations.

You will be working with a leading European digital automotive marketplace platform operating at large scale across multiple countries.

The company connects millions of users with tens of thousands of car dealers, running a high-traffic online marketplace with a strong engineering-driven culture.

👤 Requirements

We are looking for Senior / Lead Engineers who:

• Have strong backend (Java or Python) engineering experience
• Must have hands-on AI/LLM experience (mandatory)
• Understand or have worked with:
• LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI orchestration systems
• AI workflow evaluation and reliability concepts
• Can design and own complex distributed systems end-to-end
• Are comfortable in greenfield, fast-evolving environments
• Think in systems, products, and outcomes (not just code)
• AWS

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
• Background in developer productivity or platform engineering
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
