About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join Hireful’s dynamic technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior .NET Developer who aspires to transition into a leadership position while remaining actively involved in the development process. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology platform, guiding a talented team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing resilient, high-performance systems using the Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure. Additionally, you will work with modern front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, contributing to both backend and frontend development efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging technologies, DevOps, cloud platforms, and creating impactful software solutions that support our mission of promoting financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer or Full Stack Developer with a strong understanding of C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure cloud services.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring, guiding, and inspiring development teams.
• Solid understanding of modern front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and resilient systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, ensuring system resilience and high performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our platform.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and adherence to coding standards.
