Accountabilities
- Collaborate with solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable machine learning and AI pipelines.
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, model training, validation, and deployment workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions into production systems following MLOps best practices, including monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with product and commercial teams to prototype solutions, validate proposals, and support client-facing technical discussions.
- Evaluate technical risks such as performance, scalability, and security, contributing to mitigation strategies and architectural decisions.
- Ensure efficient use of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for development, deployment, and optimization of AI systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models in production environments.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
- Solid experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of system architecture, API integration (REST/GraphQL), and data pipeline design.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments involving engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
