Your responsibilities
- Support the development of the digital training strategy and stay on top of learning trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the learning portfolio
- Explore and test AI driven tools that support content creation and digital learning experiences
- Support the use of AI tools and data analytics to analyze learner engagement and training impact
- Assist the team with pilot initiatives related to new digital learning formats and technologies
- Currently enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable field
- First experience through projects, coursework, or internships in digital tools, AI, or data analysis is an advantage
- Strong interest in AI technologies and digital learning trends
- Well organized and structured person with hands on implementation skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
