We're evolving everything: the brand, the website, the way we communicate, the details people notice without knowing why. You'll be the person who makes LHV look and feel like nothing else in banking. Not just polished, but unmistakable.
You'll lead a small team, but this isn't a management role that keeps you away from the work. You'll be pushing the website further with motion and interaction that feels alive, running campaigns, sweating the details, and moving fast without losing quality.
The best creatives today don't just have taste, they have leverage. We want someone who knows how to use every tool at their disposal to go from idea to execution at a pace most teams can't match.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own how LHV looks and feels across every surface, every market, every moment
- Lead the brand evolution as we expand across Europe
- Take our website somewhere it hasn't been with motion, interaction and personality
- Design and ship campaigns, guidelines, presentations, merch and everything in between
- Build a visual language that scales without losing soul
- Lead a small brand design team while staying hands-on on the work that matters
- Set the standard for craft, taste and what “great” actually means
- Stay close to product, marketing and leadership so the brand stays coherent as we grow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in brand design, digital design or creative direction, and a portfolio that makes people stop scrolling
- You've taken a brand through a real evolution from a messy brief to something that lands
- Motion and animation feel natural to you, especially on web
- You're at home in modern creative tools (you guessed it, also AI) and always looking for new ones that give you an edge
- You know how to move fast without cutting corners on craft
- You're as comfortable leading a team as you are getting into the details yourself
- You build systems that let quality scale
- You understand how a brand lives differently across digital, physical, product and marketing. And you design for all of it.
- You thrive in an environment where things move quickly
