About the Role

AccuSourceHR is moving toward an AI-assisted product and engineering model with AI coding agents, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop review. We’re hiring an AI Product Owner to translate business goals into clear requirements, agent-ready work packets, and well-defined acceptance criteria that help teams ship faster without sacrificing quality.

You’ll work with US-based product leadership and Lithuania-based engineering teams on backlog management, sprint planning, and AI-assisted delivery. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working closely with developers, reviewing technical workflows, and using AI tools daily.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Translate business goals into clear, release-ready user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; break initiatives into MVPs and phased releases
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for developers on requirements and edge cases
• Use product usage data, customer feedback, and support issues to inform prioritization
• Validate that delivered work matches the intended user experience, business need, and customer value

AI-Assisted Delivery

• Convert requirements into agent-ready work packets with clear prompts, scope, non-goals, and review checklists
• Partner with developers using tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Amazon Bedrock
• Ensure AI-generated work is reviewed for correctness, security, maintainability, and alignment with requirements
• Track where AI accelerates work vs. creates rework; document reusable prompts, templates, and patterns

Agile Delivery

• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives
• Track sprint progress, blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, UX, and support to remove impediments
• Maintain Jira, Confluence, and delivery dashboards

AI Feature Support

• Partner on AI-powered features, copilots, and workflow automation
• Define guardrails, fallback logic, permissions, audit needs, and success metrics
• Support human-in-the-loop design where accuracy, compliance, or customer trust matter
• Coordinate AI release readiness, including test coverage, monitoring, and rollback plans

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, TPM, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead in software
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with practical sprint execution
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Backlog management experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal English
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones

Salary

40,000-55,000 EUR gross/yearly (depending on experience)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to commute to our Vilnius office 2 times / week.
• A dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work, including proper seating and desk setup.
• Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
