Power BI IT Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Power BI IT Analyst to support business analytics initiatives through the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Power BI solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Power BI reporting, semantic models, and business-facing analytics support, who enjoys working across the full analytics lifecycle in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
• Build and manage DAX measures, calculated columns, hierarchies, relationships, and business logic
• Ensure reporting accuracy, performance, scalability, and governance standards
• Collaborate with IT Architecture, data platform teams, and external partners to integrate data from sources such as SAP, Databricks, and SQL platforms
• Support deployment, release management, testing, documentation, and user training activities
• Provide day-to-day support to business users, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Monitor data quality, risks, and improvement opportunities across analytics solutions
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, SOPs, and GxP requirements where applicable

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Power BI, BI Analytics, or data-focused IT Analyst roles
• Strong experience with:
• Power BI reporting and dashboards
• Power BI semantic models
• DAX and data modeling principles
• Experience working with enterprise data sources and collaborating with data engineering and architecture teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP data environments
• Knowledge of Databricks and SQL-based platforms
• Experience working in regulated environments (GxP/Pharma)
• Exposure to release management and analytics governance processes
