Product Growth Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Engineer (Product-Led) to push activation, retention, and conversion inside the product. This is not a management role. You will analyze user behavior, identify friction, and ship product improvements weekly.

Analyze user behavior (daily)

• Use PostHog to track funnels (signup → first render → repeat usage)
• Identify drop-offs, especially in the first session
• Watch session replays to understand where users struggle
• Segment users based on behavior

Build and ship improvements (weekly)

• Improve onboarding flows
• Add templates and guided prompts
• Adjust UX to reduce friction
• Trigger lifecycle messages (email and in-product)

You will not wait on teams, you will ship.

Run experiments (continuous)

• A/B test onboarding, prompts, and paywalls
• Test pricing and upgrade timing
• Iterate based on real user behavior

Increase the percentage of users who:

• Reach their first successful output
• Return for a second session
• Convert to paid

• Faster time-to-first-value
• Higher percentage of users generating quality outputs
• Noticeable reduction in early churn
• Clear understanding of key user behaviors
• 10–20 meaningful experiments shipped quarterly

Core

• Builder mentality: you ship fast and often
• Strong analytical thinking (funnels, cohorts, retention)
• Experience working on product-led growth or similar environments
• Comfortable working closely with product and engineering

Technical / Practical

Experience with tools like:

• PostHog
• Google Analytics

Ability to:

• Set up tracking events
• Analyze data (SQL is a strong plus)
• Run experiments end-to-end

Highly valued (not required)

• Basic frontend skills (React / JavaScript)
• Experience with no-code or rapid prototyping tools
• Experience working with AI or generative products
• Ideal profile: someone who can go from insight to implementation without waiting.
