Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in application development processes on both frontend and backend sides,
• Develop integrations using RESTful APIs and microservice architectures,
• Design and optimize database structures (SQL, NoSQL) to ensure performance and scalability,
• Maintain code quality through unit and integration testing,
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows,
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to teammates,
• Perform performance analysis, security improvements, and system optimizations,
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies into existing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field,
• 7+ years of experience in full stack software development,
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular,
• Strong expertise in Java 17+ technologies, particularly Spring and Spring Boot frameworks,
• Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs,
• Experience in designing and developing event-driven microservices using message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, ensuring scalable and reliable asynchronous communication,
• Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis,
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools,
• Proficient in version control systems (especially Git),
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills,
• Team player with a proactive mindset and sense of ownership,
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc.),
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
