About the role:

As a ui/ux Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our points trading protocol. Working closely with our development team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive app designs, crafting seamless user journeys, and ensuring that our platform aligns with the principles of the protocols we integrate with.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and user needs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for our responsive web application.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for interactions within the blockchain.
• Create dashboards for users to view their holdings and statistics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Analyze competing projects and identify design flaws, providing actionable recommendations for optimal design.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring the final product meets design specifications and user expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
• Manage the design system process for all user-facing products.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer in the web3/crypto industry.
• Up-to-date portfolio showcasing design work for responsive web applications, with a focus on blockchain projects (i.e., dApps).
• Strong understanding and empathy for Web3 native users.
• 4+ years of excelling in UI/UX design, with extensive experience in Web3.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity in Web3 projects.
• Practical expertise in user research, solution sketching, and wireframing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, adept at creating captivating Web3 experiences.
• Analytical problem-solver capable of dissecting complex issues and transforming them into user-focused, data-driven designs.
• Exceptional communicator who excels in dynamic, collaborative settings.
• Multitasking wizard capable of managing multiple projects and adapting swiftly in the ever-evolving Web3 landscape.
