We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager – Civil to lead large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience delivering complex civil works within the oil and gas sector, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager (Civil) you will:

• Lead and manage end-to-end civil scope of Oil & Gas EPC projects from engineering through construction and commissioning
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, construction managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, contract requirements, and industry codes
• Manage interfaces between civil, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines
• Review and approve technical documents, construction methodologies, and progress reports
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to project teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on civil-related project matters

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 20 years of total professional experience
• Must have at least 10 years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically on EPC projects
• Experience working in multicultural project environments
• Proven track record managing large-scale civil works (foundations, concrete, earthworks, underground utilities, structures, etc.)

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are highly desirable

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of EPC contracting models, project controls, and construction methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
