Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs, pain points, and opportunities for process improvements. Develop and implement solutions, including automation, to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Utilise tools like SQL, PySpark, and Python to collect, process, and integrate data from multiple sources. Build automated workflows for reporting and dashboarding to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth brand performance analysis in collaboration with Key Account Managers, uncovering trends and recommendations to support business growth.
- Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Python for data processing and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in creating automated reporting and dashboards to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
