Key Responsibilities

• HR generalist functions: Serve as one of the first points of contact for HR matters in Singapore, supporting approximately 350 employees.
• Work pass management: Able to handle all work pass matters independently in house.
• Operational HR support: Ensure HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently to the Singapore business.
• Employment documentation: Draft contracts, amendment letters, termination letters, probation letters, and reference letters — requiring strong writing skills and a genuine interest in detail-oriented work.
• Process excellence: Manage joiner, leaver, and transfer processes with precision, ensuring systems and records meet reporting, business, and regulatory standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work constructively with colleagues in other departments.
• Employee relations issues: Confidently address employee relations matters and develop towards a strategic partnership role with the business.

Key Requirements

• Educational background: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR experience: Minimum of 4 years’ relevant HR generalist experience within a sizable organization.
• Work pass expertise: Strong, hands-on expertise in managing Singapore work passes.
• Organizational skills: Exceptionally well-organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail: Strong execution orientation with high accuracy and precision.
• Adaptability and resilience: Takes initiative, proactively approaches challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• HR market knowledge: Solid understanding of HR practices and local legislation, and awareness of market trends.
