What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for a single scrum team, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Serve as a liaison between Product Owners, Development Teams, and external stakeholders to align on priorities
• Proactively manage delivery risks, constraints, and dependencies while providing milestone tracking and reporting
• Coach and mentor scrum teams on agile practices and drive continuous improvement in delivery maturity
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience leading large scale agile delivery for complex technology initiatives
• Proven ability to manage a scrum team and stakeholders in fast-paced, regulated environments
• Strong executive communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification from a recognized industry organization
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated success in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery leadership roles
• Experience enabling engineering best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing
• Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework, roles, ceremonies, and artifacts
• Experience working with modern software engineering teams (web, cloud, APIs, microservices)
