This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a PHP Laravel Tech Lead based in Pune City. The role involves leading and managing the development of web applications, designing scalable backend systems using PHP and Laravel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. The Tech Lead will oversee the implementation of coding standards, conduct code reviews, ensure secure development practices, and troubleshoot technical issues when needed. The ideal candidate will act as a mentor to junior developers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth within the team.

• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, particularly with PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Experience with Databases, including database design, management, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure application safety and compliance.
• Familiarity with Network Security concepts relevant to web applications.
• Proven leadership skills to guide development teams and manage projects successfully.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar technical lead role; certifications in Laravel or security frameworks are a plus.
