We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will support the full employee lifecycle and play a key part in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely HR documentation and processes.
Reporting to the Senior HR Administrator, you will be the go‑to expert for employment contracts, onboarding documentation, HR correspondence, and system administration across multiple HR platforms.

- Preparing, reviewing, and managing employment contracts, variations, and HR correspondence
- Coordinating onboarding documentation, new starter packs, and end‑of‑employment processes
- Maintaining accurate employee personnel files and HR records across multiple systems
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Managing HR inbox enquiries and ensuring timely, professional communication
- Preparing general HR letters, forms and documentation as required
- Submitting system requests and supporting HR processes across platforms such as IT, and Martian Logic
- Assisting with internal and external audits, annual review documentation, and parental leave processes
We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Coordinator who brings strong contract knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality. You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience preparing and managing employment contracts and variations
- Strong understanding of employment terms, conditions, and contractual obligations
- Confidence interpreting HR policies, industrial instruments, and employment contracts
- High attention to detail when drafting HR correspondence and documentation
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience managing personnel files and HR records across multiple systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A collaborative, customer‑focused approach when working with managers, employees, and external stakeholders
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a fast‑paced administrative role
- Demonstrated HR administration experience, ideally within a regulated or industrial environment
- Ability to interpret the Fair Work Act, employment contracts and industrial instruments
- Experience with Chris21 and/or Martian Logic (desirable)
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification in Business Administration (desirable but not essential)
