Project Manager

CGC Recruitment are partnering with an award-winning luxury residential builder based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. With an in-house architectural team, our client specialises in delivering bespoke new builds and high-end renovations across the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, and Northern Beaches.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and projects currently under construction, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee 2–3 concurrent projects valued between $1.7M and $2.5M.

The Opportunity

This role is suited to either:

• An experienced Project Manager looking to join a well-established luxury residential builder, or
• A junior/intermediate PM ready to step into a more autonomous role with mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of architectural home projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee 2–4 projects simultaneously, maintaining strong control of timelines, budgets, and quality
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
• Use Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, variations, and reporting
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience in high end residential
• Trade background is essential (e.g., carpentry or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Experience managing projects in the $1.7M – $2.5M range
• Proficient in Procore or similar construction management software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
