Your Impact

• Assist in the definition of the Agentic Developer Experience in Cisco Collaboration.
• Help define security posture for Collaboration.
• Engage with engineering teams to understand developer needs and improve workflows and user experience.
• Contribute to internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Participate to CI/CD pipelines using the GitHub ecosystem (e.g., Agentic Workflows).
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Familiarity with modern development practices, including version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar).
• Experience with Developer Portal (e.g. Backstage).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with developer experience (DevEx) initiatives or platform engineering concepts.
