Information Technology Project Manager

IT Project Manager – 12 month contract role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support large-scale enterprise projects across the EMEA region. This is a 12 month contract role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and has strong experience delivering complex enterprise application initiatives across multiple technologies and time zones.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing both in-house and vendor teams, balancing competing priorities, and driving projects from requirements through delivery using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead prioritisation of competing business and IT requirements
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support business process analysis and translation into technical solutions
• Facilitate requirements gathering with SMEs and technical resources
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions and disciplines
• Drive execution of project deliverables and monitor overall progress
• Manage project risks, issues, reporting, and change control activities
• Present updates to stakeholders, leadership teams and steering committees
• Work closely with technical leads to define resourcing and scheduling needs
• Ensure successful delivery of scalable enterprise solutions

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS implementations
• Strong experience delivering enterprise application projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Ability to lead teams within a matrix organisation structure
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Experience conducting effort estimation and bottom-up project planning
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management or enterprise applications delivery

Preferred Experience

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet
• Background in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
• Understanding of IT support processes and ITIL practices
• Project Management certifications are advantageous
