As a Backend Engineer, you will work in one of the product teams by providing services and solutions that would help millions of users.

What You’ll Do:

🧩 Solve Complex Challenges: Partner closely with the team to analyze core problems and develop targeted hypotheses to address them.

🧪 Drive Innovation through Experimentation: Validate ideas using iterative development and a "fail-fast" mindset to find the best solutions quickly.

🌐 Shape Backend Strategy: Collaborate with the wider Backend community to execute and promote key strategic initiatives from our roadmap.

🤝 Enable Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure our technical solutions are delivered effectively and on time.

🚀 Champion Best Practices: Actively participate in the Backend guild to maintain high technical standards and consistency across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

💻 Technical skills

• Technical Core: 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with deep expertise in Java and Kotlin.
• Architectural Expertise: Microservices (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and Real-time alerting systems.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Data Streaming: Practical experience utilizing Kafka for stream processing.
• Engineering Excellence: Commitment to SOLID principles, security-first mindset, and writing high-quality, well-tested code.
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working within Scrum frameworks and cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous Impact: A self-starter who manages projects with minimal supervision and possesses excellent communication skills.
• Standard Tooling: Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
