We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Testing/QA Engineer to join our Delivery Engagement team in Bucharest, Romania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing practices. This role involves close collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Documentation

• Analyze user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to derive comprehensive test scenarios.
• Clearly document detailed test cases for all assigned user stories, covering functional, negative, and edge cases.
• Maintain test documentation across the life of testing to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
  
  

Test Execution & Defect Management

• Execute test cases prior to stakeholder and UAT testing, ensuring readiness and quality.
• Identify, log, track, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to debug, retest, and resolve defects efficiently.
  
  

Regression, Performance & Security Testing

• Plan and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected by new changes.
• Conduct performance testing to validate system stability and responsiveness under expected load.
• Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities, data access risks, and compliance gaps.
  
  

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Innovate and introduce new ideas to automate regression and performance testing within current systems.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with effective test strategies where applicable.
  
  

General Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
• Be adaptable to testing any application, Salesforce or otherwise, based on project needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing status updates and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into test-cases.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, Trailhead modules, and emerging platform capabilities.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Testing Engineer / QA Engineer, with strong focus on Salesforce testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing, defect management, and test documentation.
• Experience in regression, performance, and security testing.
• Ability to translate user stories into effective test cases.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of Conga CPQ or any CPQ systems.
• Experience in Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) testing, including customer or partner portals.
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
• Salesforce certifications or formal QA certifications are a plus.
