Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong AI Engineer to design, build, and evolve our AI-powered chatbot and Agent Framework within the WPS AI Framework.

A typical day might include the following:

• Implement Agentic RAG solutions using pre-trained models within Azure services to solve business challenges and enhance productivity within the Workplace Service area.

• Collaborate with AI Ambassadors to identify potential AI use cases based on GenAI, Machine Learning frameworks and Natural Language processing and provide technical expertise in their execution.

• Integrate and manage data from various sources, including but not limited to Postgres as a vector database, to support Agentic RAG applications.

• Utilize APIs to integrate pre-trained models and AI services into existing systems and workflows.

• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve AI capabilities within the Workplace Service area.

• Provide technical support and guidance to non-technical team members, simplifying complex AI concepts for broader understanding and adoption.

• Document AI processes, models, and solutions to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across the Workplace Service area

• Adoption and usage and leveraging of latest AI tools and solutions provided by the organization (Claude, Copilot, GPT etc).

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services

• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as Lang chain, Lang graph, n8n

• Understanding and implementation of Agentic RAG Solutions using pre-trained models and GenAI frameworks

• Understanding of chat agents and their capabilities

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering

• Understanding of Natural Language processing and chatbot frameworks

• Experience in integrating pre-trained models and AI services using APIs

• Skills in integrating and managing data from various sources, including Postgres as a vector database for RAG

• Experience with rapid prototyping and Minimum viable product approach.

• Experience on taking MVP AI Solutions to production (scalability of applications)

• Experience on implementing guardrails and security features for AI Solutions

• Familiarity with managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on Azure.

• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.

• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
