.NET Developer - Tax GMS Developers

Our Tax Technology team deals with creating and implementing advanced IT solutions that support a wide range of business and tax calculation processes. They are related mainly to international personal income taxes (GMS – Global Mobility Services) and management of human resources. We work in a global and diverse environment and collaborate with various teams around the world across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. We are looking for candidates who would like to join our rapidly growing team of programmers in Kraków and Warszawa. In our daily work we are focused on creating safe, innovative and user-friendly solutions that combine specific business knowledge with new technologies. Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement modern business applications based on business and technical requirements
  • Maintain existing solutions and develop new functionalities within current modules
  • Participate in deployment processes and support end-users in resolving ongoing business-related issues
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BA), Quality Assurance (QA), and UX experts
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a web application developer
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (C#, .NET platform)
  • Experience with at least one frontend technology such as Angular, React, TypeScript, or JavaScript, including familiarity with MVC/MVVM patterns
  • Experience in building web applications (ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL and NoSQL databases)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written), enabling you to work with technical documentation and collaborate with international teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar platform
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, taking ownership, and a solution-oriented “can-do” mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a distributed team

Nice To Have

  • Experience with testing approaches (TDD, nUnit/xUnit, integration tests)
  • Experience in cloud development, preferably with Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, etc.)
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps and experience working in Agile environments
