Technical Business Analyst
MarTech / CRM / Digital Platforms
Our client is a leading Singapore-based EduTech organization, supporting individuals and businesses with skills upgrading and professional training solutions.
They are looking for a junior Technical Business Analyst to support CRM, MarTech, digital analytics, and platform integration initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable bridging business users and technical teams, with around 70% of the role focused on technical BA work.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a lean, fast-moving environment and is comfortable supporting both business users and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, data flows, and system configuration requirements.
- Support CRM, MarTech, and digital platform enhancements, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
- Work closely with developers, internal technical teams, and external vendors on solution design, API integrations, data mapping, and issue resolution.
- Support testing activities including SIT and UAT, test case preparation, defect tracking, validation, and business sign-off.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical and platform issues across CRM, MarTech, analytics, and integration touchpoints.
- Support digital analytics and tracking requirements, including GA4 and tag management implementations.
- Maintain technical and functional documentation, including process flows, integration documentation, system changes, and user guides.
- Help improve platform usage, automation, data accuracy, workflows, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, MarTech Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working with Java and React.js in a technical project or application environment.
- Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, REST concepts, and JSON payloads.
- Experience supporting CRM, MarTech, digital platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Exposure to tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, or marketing automation platforms would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting SIT / UAT, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Basic exposure to SQL, Python, or data analysis tools would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and willing to learn new platforms and technologies.
