Founding Product Designer (Multiple Opportunities)

We’re working with a number of early stage startups across the Greylock portfolio that are looking to bring on Founding Designers, builders who want to shape products from day one and have outsized impact on both the user experience and the company itself. These companies are hiring their first full time design hire to own design end to end and define how design shows up from the start.

These are true 0 to 1 opportunities. You’ll partner closely with founders to define the product vision, design early experiences, and build the foundation from scratch, from concept through execution. We’re especially excited about designers who are embracing AI powered design workflows and are comfortable moving quickly in ambiguous, fast paced environments.

You’ll work side by side with founders, engineering, and product as a true partner, helping define what to build and why. We’re primarily looking for designers based in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York.

These opportunities span enterprise and B2B sectors, including security, fintech, AI developer tools, and science focused AI tooling.
