What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and removing blockers
• Support the team in embracing Lean-Agile principles and improving efficiency through the implementation of SAFe practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to clarify project scope and maintain a healthy backlog
• Track team progress towards sprint and PI goals, managing dependencies and risks using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Coach the team in agile methodologies and assist in the effective use of tools like ADO
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Significant agile project management experience, with a strong foundation in analytics and data integration
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC)
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Version One
• Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and its application in real-world projects
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• At least 10 years of agile project management experience
• Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Banking/Finance/Investments, including familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new skills relevant to the role
