We are looking for a Web3 Operations Manager to support the growth of a global blockchain infrastructure platform focused on institutional finance and next-generation settlement systems.

Blockchain Consultant - Responsibilities:

This role sits between infrastructure, product, engineering and ecosystem operations, helping coordinate validator onboarding, node operations, institutional integrations and operational readiness across the network.

You’ll work closely with internal teams as well as validators, infrastructure providers and ecosystem partners to ensure smooth onboarding, deployments and operational execution.

Blockchain Consultant - Requirements:

We’re looking for someone with experience in blockchain infrastructure, validator or node operations, technical operations or Web3 ecosystem support.

Strong understanding of EVM-compatible networks, validator infrastructure, RPC/node environments and blockchain operations is important.

Bonus:

Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps tooling or institutional blockchain environments is a strong plus.
