- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring performance excellence and professional development.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships within the accounting and financial services industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve client retention.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client presentations in Doha and surrounding regions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in professional services, accounting, or financial consulting environments.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting services, including tax advisory, audit, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of Qatar’s business landscape and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work permit and legal eligibility to work in Qatar.
