Job Summary
Working closely with the Head of Wealth Management and Head of Wealth Products, this role is responsible for management of existing suite of wealth products and customer portfolio. Additionally, it involves ongoing innovative enhancement of the Wealth Management CVP across different segments of customers. This would include internal product development, research, third-party product supplier management, product pricing and maintenance from concept through to full delivery to market. In addition, the role will require continuous interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the Bank to ensure seamless functioning of the business and achievement of financial and non-financial KPIs.

Job Summary
Working closely with the Head of Wealth Management and Head of Wealth Products, this role is responsible for management of existing suite of wealth products and customer portfolio. Additionally, it involves ongoing innovative enhancement of the Wealth Management CVP across different segments of customers. This would include internal product development, research, third-party product supplier management, product pricing and maintenance from concept through to full delivery to market. In addition, the role will require continuous interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the Bank to ensure seamless functioning of the business and achievement of financial and non-financial KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the Wealth business strategy and implementation of underlying business objectives across product, process, people and platforms to drive growth in client-base, revenue and assets under management (AUM).
- End to end management of structured solutions portfolio including but not limited to product development, structuring, pricing, marketing and seamless execution with key issuer partners.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial targets using scientific approach involving portfolio analytics, performance trends and growth expectations. Modelling and structuring of internal incentive campaigns to drive frontline motivation while managing acquisition cost within allocated budgets.
- Regularly monitor financial performance versus the budget, in order to ensure that any improvement areas are quickly identified and addressed.
- Develop and enhance organizational skillset by training Wealth Advisors and frontline teams on Wealth Management fundamentals and latest investment offerings.
- Regularly engaging with third party asset managers to ensure that Wealth Management proposition remains highly competitive in terms of pricing, risk diversification and in line with international market trends and best practices.
- Provide periodic and / or ad hoc reports and analysis for Retail leadership to track portfolio performance and productivity.
- Work towards implementation of digital solutions leading to better controls, streamlined execution and ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with risk, audit, and regulatory requirements while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Periodic engagements with Wealth Management clients and other current and future market participants to deliver sessions focus on financial education and empowerment.
- Development and execution of marketing campaigns focused on market education and enhancement of client acquisition through communicating key aspects of the Wealth Management CVP.
- Ensuring suitable processes and controls are in place in order to comply with regulations and Banks procedures and mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks

- Strong Presentation skills
- Minimum professional experience of 15 years in a bank or financial institution
- Wealth Management relevant experience of at least 10 years
- Educational qualification in a relevant field (economics, finance, accounting, business management)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (4 year) or higher. Masters/MBA preferred
- External Wealth Management certification from a recognized institution (CISI level 3 or equivalent)
