Our client, a well-known Investment firm in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Human Resource Assistant to their team! Responsibilities of this position include supporting the recruiting process, coordinating interviews, managing several teams' calendars, and assisting with new employee onboarding and orientation. Some additional administrative tasks may include company event planning and conference room management. The ideal candidate will come with 2-4 years of Recruiting Coordination experience, strong communication skills, and working capabilities in Greenhouse and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing and managing candidate data in Greenhouse
- Coordinating interviews with executive-level hiring managers
- Assisting with light administrative tasks such as planning firm events, distributing mail, and managing conference rooms
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of HR coordination and administration, preferably for a mid-sized investment firm
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office, experience using Greenhouse is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
