As a fairness-driven organization, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of background, is treated with respect and equity.

We value people with strong technical skills who are collaborative, curious, results-driven, and take ownership. We embrace people who want to be themselves, enjoy daily flexibility, and are eager to grow, learn, and make a difference wherever the opportunity arises.

If this resonates with you, we encourage you to apply for the role of Product Owner. We’re seeking exceptional talent to work on immersive client projects that will challenge and hone your skills.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Product Owner, Analytics to own the day-to-day product execution of our client’s Analytics domain.

This PO will partner closely with the Product Lead of Analytics & LPO, and the engineering/design trio to improve reliability, trust, performance, and usability across Analytics. The role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, cross-functional coordination, customer issue triage, and turning messy operational problems into clear product priorities.

This person will be the operational backbone of the Analytics squad: driving clarity, accelerating decisions, improving rituals, and helping the team ship foundational improvements that customers can trust.

    • performance and usability fixes
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to move the team from reactive firefighting to structured execution
  • Turn customer escalations and feedback into actionable product work
  • Help define and maintain a clear roadmap across themes and sprint commitments
  • Improve squad rituals, backlog quality, and product-development cadence
  • Support discovery and delivery for key initiatives
Key Responsibilities

  • Execution leadership
    • Drive backlog prioritization, grooming, sprint planning inputs, and follow-up with engineering
    • Ensure product decisions are documented and translated into tickets with clear outcomes
    • Maintain momentum on cross-squad dependencies and unblock delivery quickly
  • Product quality
    • Help improve product quality, manage and reduce bug volume
    • Drive fixes for missing data, backfilling, and inconsistent metrics across product surfaces
    • Partner with cross functional stakeholders on efforts to improve freshness/transparency of data
  • Customer + GTM partnership (in direction collaboration with Sr. PM)
    • Work closely with AM/CS/Support on escalations, requirements, and expectation-setting
    • Synthesize recurring customer pain points into roadmap recommendations
    • Support enablement for releases and help validate fixes with frontline teams
  • Squad operations
    • Create structure for a team that currently needs more clarity, tighter rituals, and stronger PO presence.
    • Improve team morale by bringing visibility, prioritization, and decision-making discipline
Soft Skills - Nice-to-have

  • Build Scalable Product Systems
    • Introduce structure and clarity to a complex product area
    • Improve product development processes, team rituals, and decision-making
    • Use modern tools, including AI, to:
      • accelerate analysis and prioritization
      • streamline documentation and workflows
      • improve team efficiency and output
A happy team makes all the difference. That’s why we offer:

  • Payment in USD
  • A truly flexible work schedule
  • A Non-Working Pay Days Policy
  • Learning Budget
  • An opportunity for you to help create change in the industry
  • And more!
