As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality software by designing and executing comprehensive testing processes. You will collaborate closely with development teams, identify and resolve defects, and maintain automation frameworks that support efficient and reliable testing cycles. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality software by designing and executing comprehensive testing processes. You will collaborate closely with development teams, identify and resolve defects, and maintain automation frameworks that support efficient and reliable testing cycles. With a strong focus on quality, precision, and continuous improvement, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software products.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Automate repetitive test cases and maintain automation frameworks
- Review and analyze system specifications to identify testing requirements
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of continuous testing solutions
- Assist in deploying software updates to production environments and provide ongoing support to identify and resolve issues post-deployment
- Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
- Perform manual testing when required to ensure full coverage and product quality
- At least 4 years of experience in QA
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of testing types and testing methodologies
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC)
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka preferred)
- Hands‑on automation experience with Java (2+ years): Java + JUnit/TestNG + Selenium/Selenide
- Knowledge of CSS locators
- Experience with REST API testing and tools such as Postman
- Understanding of JSON and XML
- Practical usage of SQL queries
- Knowledge of QA tools and processes, including defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Familiarity with Confluence
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Experience with GitLab as a CI tool
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
