DSwiss AG — soon to be SecureSafe — has been a trusted and innovative player in the market for over 17 years. During this time, we’ve built a strong and loyal customer base within the banking industry, partnering with renowned enterprise clients such as Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Die Mobiliar.
DSwiss builds software that holds what matters most to people: their most sensitive digital assets. Mobile is central to that, and right now we need someone who can own the technical direction of those products and help a talented team do its best work.
This isn’t a role for someone who manages from a distance. You’ll be in the code, in the architecture sessions, in the room when the hard calls get made. If that sounds like where you want to be, keep reading.
You’ll define and drive the mobile technical roadmap, lead architectural decisions across iOS and Android, and make sure the team ships secure, high-quality products that hold up over time.
That means owning code reviews and design sessions, being the person engineers turn to when something is genuinely hard, and representing mobile engineering in cross-functional conversations. You’ll translate engineering tradeoffs into language product and business leadership can work with, and drive continuous improvement across CI/CD, testing, and App Store and Play Store release processes.
You’ll report to the Head of Engineering and won’t have formal direct reports, but you’ll be the technical anchor of the mobile team. Your influence comes from expertise and judgment, and from your ability to bring people with you. That’s the kind of leadership this role rewards.
What You Bring
You’ve been doing mobile development seriously for at least seven years, iOS is your primary platform, and you have a real track record of leading technical work, not just participating in it. You’ve shipped products you can talk about, made architectural bets you can defend, and mentored engineers who got better because of it.
Here’s the technical profile we’re looking for:
- iOS (primary): Deep expertise in Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, Apple’s HIG, app lifecycle, secure storage, and native architecture patterns.
- Android (ideal): Solid hands-on Kotlin experience, Jetpack components, Play Store deployment. You can contribute meaningfully to Android reviews and architectural decisions.
- Cross-platform awareness (ideal): Familiarity with Flutter, React Native, Maui, and the clear-headedness to evaluate native vs. cross-platform tradeoffs honestly.
- API and networking (required): Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, mobile-backend integration, and secure data exchange.
- CI/CD and tooling (required): Hands-on experience with pipelines, Git workflows, and release management including phased rollouts.
- Testing: Real command of automated testing across unit, UI, snapshot, and integration. Not just theoretical familiarity.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Architecting and leading development of complex, high-impact iOS features in Swift, with meaningful contribution to Android in Kotlin
- Defining and enforcing architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture across both platforms
- Setting iOS best practices for app architecture, UIKit/SwiftUI, secure storage, and performance optimization
- Identifying and addressing technical debt with a clear eye on long-term maintainability, not just the next sprint
- Owning and evolving CI/CD pipelines and release processes for both App Store and Play Store
- Driving test strategy across unit, UI, integration, and snapshot testing frameworks
- Contributing to Architecture Decision Records, technical documentation, and engineering blueprints
- Investigating and resolving critical production issues across both platforms
How We Work

As Mobile Technical Lead, you’ll model those values in the moments that matter, especially when things get complex and the path forward isn’t obvious.
