Job Description

Our company, Hitachi Digital Services (standard HDS positioning), is a global digital solutions and transformation business. We bring together deep engineering expertise and industry knowledge to modernize, optimize, and run mission-critical platforms at scale. The mission (CAAI-specific) CAAI is the engineering and architecture center for AI at HDS: a practitioner-led center that turns Hitachi's global “AI ambition” into repeatable, governed delivery. The team builds reference architectures, reusable components, guardrails, and evaluation methods that can be deployed across client environments (cloud and hybrid) and productized into internal accelerators. The role: You’ll design, build, and operate AI capabilities that can be safely embedded into real delivery: from LLM-enabled workflows to RAG and agent-based systems, integrated into enterprise applications and platforms, and maintained to production standards.
