We are looking for a CyberProgram Analyst with:

👉🏼Location: Porto

👉🏼Project Type: National and/or international

👉🏼Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

👉🏼Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Job Description

You will be part of the Group Cyber Program team, with a presence in Portugal, playing a key role in developing the local platform and ensuring that cybersecurity activities are aligned with Group standards and frameworks.

Main Tasks

• Deploy the maturity evaluation process across assigned entities
• Support entities in understanding requirements and providing evidence
• Evaluate submitted evidence consistently with global assessment standards
• Communicate updates and changes impacting entities
• Facilitate collaboration between IT providers and entities
• Document assessment results and contribute to governance reporting
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve evaluation processes

Technical Skills

• Cloud & Containers (security processes, runtime hardening, image management)
• IT Continuity & Backup Management (including DORA requirements)
• Cryptography (key and certificate management, CKMS)
• Network Security (micro-segmentation, architecture hardening)
• Familiarity with standard frameworks (e.g., NIST or equivalent)
• General knowledge of IT, cybersecurity processes, and regulatory frameworks

Language Skills:

• English: Fluent
• French: Basic knowledge (nice to have)
