Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ljubljana for a Product Manager for Medicines - Senior. The responsibilities include managing the portfolio of medicines, analyzing market trends, developing and implementing product strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, and driving sales performance to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in market analysis, product strategy development, and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and experience ensuring policy compliance.
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluency in Slovenian and English (written and spoken).
• Analytical and positive mindset with problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
