As a AI Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing Arxada’s AI agenda. Reporting into the Head of AI, Data & Automation, this role sits at the heart of how we move from successful AI pilots to scalable, production‑grade solutions that orchestrate end‑to‑end business processes. You will help decide and drive the right AI approach for each challenge—delivering fast impact where standard platforms fit, and going beyond with custom agentic solutions where they do not. Essential Job Functions:

• Design and build AI agents across the Microsoft ecosystem, from Microsoft Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot agents to custom multi‑agent solutions on Azure AI Foundry using Python frameworks
• Select the right solution for the problem, balancing low‑code Copilot Studio approaches with custom engineering when required
• Partner closely with global process owners to orchestrate AI across end‑to‑end business processes
• Build and productionize robust RAG and document‑intelligence solutions over structured and unstructured data
• Ensure production readiness through evaluation, observability, cost guardrails, regression testing, and CI/CD for LLM applications
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience building production software, including hands‑on delivery of GenAI and LLM‑based applications in enterprise environments
• Strong practical expertise with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry, and at least one orchestration framework such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph, or AutoGen
• Proven ability to build and deploy agents on Microsoft Copilot Studio and the M365 Copilot platform
• Advanced Python skills, with working knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript for Copilot Studio and Power Platform extensions
• Solid foundations in machine learning, RAG system design, and pragmatic engineering practices, combined with fluent English and the ability to collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders
