Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support a devOps team of a client in the banking sector. You will play a key role in improving Agile ways of working, strengthening collaboration and supporting continuous improvement within an international environment.

Your Job

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile team maturity.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Coordinate releases, deployments and incident management activities.
• Remove impediments and improve collaboration across teams.
• Monitor Agile KPIs such as velocity and delivery predictability.
• Support compliance, security and operational stability within the development process.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working and thinking.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile/DevOps environments.
• Experience working in DevOps teams as developer, tester or analyst.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiar with security and compliance requirements in complex environments.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to challenge teams constructively.
