Responsibilities

Build ultra-low latency C/C++ services for trading and market data

Work closely with traders and researchers to bring models into production

Profile, benchmark, and push systems to meet strict latency goals

Mentor teammates, contribute to hiring, and champion engineering best practices

Essentials

Expert in C/C++ with 4+ years in latency-sensitive systems

Deep command of Linux kernel, OS internals, and hardware-level tuning

Strong grasp of network protocols and high-performance I/O

A track record of staying put - engineers who go deep, not wide
