HR Generalist – International Onboarding (Summary)
Responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding of local and international staff, ensuring a smooth relocation and induction experience for teachers and administrators joining the UAE school system.
Salary upto AED 13,000
Location : Sharjah
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding from offer acceptance to first working day, including relocation, visas, flights, housing, and orientation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOE/SPEA requirements, TLS, and equivalency processes.
- Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and document attestation.
- Maintain accurate HR records for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support employee experience, cultural integration, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, facilities, PROs, and school leadership.
- Improve onboarding processes and ensure smooth tracking of all new joiner steps.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years HR experience, including 3+ years in UAE or international education sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and teacher licensing processes.
- Experience in international recruitment and relocation support preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
