HR Generalist – International Onboarding (Summary)

Responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding of local and international staff, ensuring a smooth relocation and induction experience for teachers and administrators joining the UAE school system.

Salary upto AED 13,000

Location : Sharjah

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding from offer acceptance to first working day, including relocation, visas, flights, housing, and orientation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOE/SPEA requirements, TLS, and equivalency processes.
• Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and document attestation.
• Maintain accurate HR records for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Support employee experience, cultural integration, and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, facilities, PROs, and school leadership.
• Improve onboarding processes and ensure smooth tracking of all new joiner steps.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years HR experience, including 3+ years in UAE or international education sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and teacher licensing processes.
• Experience in international recruitment and relocation support preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
