IT Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Temporary role: 3 to 6 months duration

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects across finance, operations, commercial, procurement, HR, and customer service functions.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Define project scope, deliverables, success criteria, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of structured project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Additional ERP certifications are an advantage.
